This is a natural wood product and as such may expand and shrink with differences in temperature and humidity. You should always keep all wooden products at least one metre away from a direct source of heat (heaters, radiators, fireplaces etc.)
Because this is a personalised item we will not accept refunds. Please make sure that you get all the spelling right for the personalisation.
